What payment methods do you accept?

At sedevo, we currently accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and other secure online payment methods available at checkout.


What is your shipping policy?

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time)
  • Order Handling Time: 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Delivery Time: 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Shipping Carrier: We use trusted carriers such as PostNL, BPost, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Shipping Locations: We ship within the United State, but do not ship to P.O. boxes, APOs, FPOs, or DPOs.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping is FREE on all orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package via the carrier’s website or through our Track Your Order page.


What should I do if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations.
  3. Ask neighbors or family if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the package is declared lost, please contact us at  Support@sedevo.store with your order number. We’ll reship your order or provide a refund, based on your preference.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, you can expect your order within 2-4 business days after shipping. We will send you a tracking number once your order is on its way.


Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United State. Shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses is not available.


What if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 8 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or a full refund. Attach a photo of the item when contacting us at  Support@sedevo.store.


Can I cancel a duplicate order?

Yes, you can cancel a duplicate order within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us at  Support@sedevo.store or call +16287324989  .
