Order Processing and Handling

  • Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
  • A delivery confirmation email will also be sent once your order is successfully delivered.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, PostNL, and BPost to ensure your package arrives on time. Shipping is always FREE for all orders.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to United State and the United States.
Please note, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided.
  2. Check around your property and ask neighbors or family members if they received the package.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.

If the carrier cannot locate the package, contact us at   Support@sedevo.store with your order number. We will either reship your order or issue a refund.
