  • Delivery Time: 1-3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and details. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. We will also notify you once your order has been delivered.

SHIPPING CARRIER:

We use trusted carriers, including PostNL, BPost, UPS, and FedEx, to ensure timely delivery. Shipping is FREE for all orders. Standard FREE Shipping (2 to 4 Business Days) costs $0.00.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS:

We ship within the United State, including all regions and territories. However, we do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

LOST PACKAGES:

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check all possible delivery locations.
  3. Ask neighbors or family members if they accepted the package.
  4. Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate a claim.
